Il s\u2019agit de son niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 depuis 2001. Bien s\u00fbr, les pr\u00eateurs alternatifs appliquent des taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, mais cela permet d&rsquo;obtenir le financement recherch\u00e9 au moment voulu. Dans certains cas, il est possible de recourir \u00e0 ces pr\u00eateurs sur une base temporaire, puis de revenir \u00e0 un pr\u00eat traditionnel une fois que la situation s&rsquo;est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les principales caract\u00e9ristiques des pr\u00eats hypoth\u00e9caires alternatifs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat fluctuant entre 8 % et 18 %, avant la r\u00e9cente augmentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frais d&rsquo;ouverture de dossier de 2 % \u00e0 5 %.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;emprunter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 85 % de la valeur nette de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mise de fonds minimale requise: 15 % du prix d&rsquo;achat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certains pr\u00eateurs offrent une option d&rsquo;amortissement sur 30 ou 35 ans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certains pr\u00eateurs priv\u00e9s acceptent un taux d&rsquo;endettement de 50% ou plus, ainsi qu&rsquo;une cote de cr\u00e9dit inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 500.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse de dossier rapide, avec une exigence r\u00e9duite de justificatifs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e9nalit\u00e9s pour remboursement anticip\u00e9 \u00e9quivalant \u00e0 3 \u00e0 6 mois d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le test de r\u00e9sistance en cas d&rsquo;augmentation des taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat n&rsquo;est pas obligatoire pour tous les pr\u00eateurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat en possible hausse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La Banque du Canada n&rsquo;a pas pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 si elle envisageait d&rsquo;augmenter \u00e0 nouveau les taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat le 12 juillet prochain. Elle a plut\u00f4t d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elle baserait sa d\u00e9cision sur les donn\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques \u00e0 venir. Cependant, de nombreux pr\u00e9visionnistes anticipent une nouvelle hausse des taux, en soulignant que la banque centrale cherchera probablement \u00e0 freiner l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie en prenant des mesures plus strictes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ces circonstances, les pr\u00eats hypoth\u00e9caires alternatifs offrent aux emprunteurs une option flexible et moins contraignante.
