Mais la plupart diront non! \u00c0 part, si\u00a0on leur fait un\u00a0SUPER bon prix&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tait sur le march\u00e9 depuis tout pr\u00e8s d\u2019un an lors de ma visite.\u00a0J\u2019ai bien s\u00fbr mis \u00e0 contribution le mobilier et ai mis\u00e9 sur une d\u00e9coration strat\u00e9gique pour redonner vie et confort \u00e0 la pi\u00e8ce. Il vous faudra trier, nettoyer, \u00e9monder pour finalement, ne conserver que les meilleures parties. C&rsquo;est tout \u00e0 fait ce qui ce passera avec une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 qui affiche des allures d\u00e9fra\u00eechies et ternes.<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr qu&rsquo;il y aura un acheteur qui, avec le temps, y verra un potentiel&#8230; mais ne soyez pas surpris de vous faire pr\u00e9senter une promesse d\u2019achat bien en de\u00e7\u00e0 de ce que vous aviez \u00e9valu\u00e9. Modifier la couleur des murs est la r\u00e9novation la moins ch\u00e8re, la plus facile et la plus spectaculaire pour changer et transformer du tout au tout une pi\u00e8ce. Car en effet, notre bien immobilier est un actif qui gagne en valeur, pour si peu que nous l\u2019ayons entretenu et que nous le pr\u00e9sentions comme un produit de consommation.<\/p>\n<p>Voyez l\u2019acheteur comme un consommateur averti, soucieux de faire au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une bonne affaire, l\u2019acquisition d\u2019un lieu de vie qui lui ressemble. C\u2019est donc \u00e0 grand renfort d\u2019images, de style de vie, d\u2019harmonie et d\u2019ambiance que nous sommes sollicit\u00e9s comme consommateur.
