Théâtre Snowdon Condominiums

Snowdon Théâtre is a condominiums project established in a building of great heritage value. Built in 1936, the building once housed the Snowdon Theatre, an Art Deco-style cinema. The original facade of the building has been preserved, as well as the sign and the marquee which have been restored. Located in the Côte-des-Neiges – Notre-Dame-de-Grâce district, the project offers 62 units that tie together two eras on the stylistic, artistic and functional levels.
